Kara Cleaver, President & CEO

Kara is a seasoned ECM strategist with in-depth experience in EMC/Documentum and other leading ECM solutions.The founder of Daybreak ICS, she has led the firm in numerous working relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Her leadership is undergirded by a strong track record of hands-on experience, including technical editing, applications support, media and product services. In addition, she has directed and managed corporate business-critical applications starting with Documentum and interfacing implementation, systems integration, training, and support.

Rusty James, VP Worldwide Sales and Marketing

Rusty has extensive expertise in new business development, where his strength has been the fostering of win-win relationships with leading industry partners. While at Visioneer, a prominent manufacturer of scanners worldwide, he recruited over 1000 partners in a 12 month period for the North America partner channel. He also directed the U.S. National Sales Channel for Fujitsu Imaging Products Group, nearly tripling sales revenues over a five year period.

Scott Liewehr, VP Professional Services

Scott has directed and managed IT professional service engagements in pharmaceutical, hospitality, financial, and health services environments. He has managed an on-shore/off-shore software development organization and is an experienced consultant in enterprise content management, knowledge management, corporate intranet and portal environments.

Katy Villa, VP Operations

Katy has a long track record in strategic and tactical planning, business/product development, customer service, and vendor management. Her experience includes two decades in the telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries, authoring and delivering training of leading edge technologies.
